House Guest

We have our first extended-stay guest in our house. Say hello to Rolen Delroy, Lucy's new boyfriend/BFF. He belongs to Jamie, one of Sarah's friends. Jamie is down in California for the week so Rolen is staying with us. For those of you not up to speed with your dog breeds, he's a Pug. He and Lucy have spent the past couple days chasing each other around the house, wrestling and fighting for the rights to the red rubber ball they can't seem to get enough of. When he's not trying to steal the red ball from Lucy, he is knocking Sarah and I out with his vicious farts.

Oh, and since Lucy pukes when she gets really riled up, she has been puking a lot when they play. But it's okay, because Rolen immediately cleans up the mess by eating it. And as you can expect when you have a boy dog with a girl dog, Rolen keeps trying to have his way with Lucy. However, unfortunately for Rolen, he isn't a particularly skilled lover and doesn't appear to be too well-versed in the ways of romance. Sorry buddy, humping Lucy's ribcage at a 90-degree angle to her isn't going to get you very far.

Watching their shenanigans kinda makes me want to get a second dog...
